If you are worried about the stability of the bench - you don't have to, it is very stable and easily holds 160kg - probably more, and all thanks to a well-thought-out and safe design.

The bench is made of high-quality birch plywood and additional elements made of beech wood - the bottom shelf and bars connecting the spans.
